## Terms and conditions

### Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once you pay online. Until then, we only hold the slot for a few minutes. Prices are per person per hour, based on the current price list on our website.

### Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your booking in your account up to 24 hours before it starts, and we’ll refund you the same way you paid. After that, we can’t give refunds, but get in touch anyway – we can usually work something out.

### Access and studio etiquette

Your access code only works during your booking and is for you alone. Please clean up after yourself – you’re responsible for the equipment during your session. The studio is self-service, with no instructor.

### Your pieces

We fire finished pieces once a week, and they’re usually ready to collect within 14 days. Unlabelled pieces are cleared out after a month.

## Privacy policy

### What we store

Your first name, surname, e-mail, phone number and password (encrypted only). Optionally, your date of birth, billing details and a note. We never store your card details – those are handled by the payment gateway.

### Why

So we can hold your booking, send you a confirmation and access code by e-mail and text, and issue a receipt. We only send marketing messages if you’ve given separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account.

### How long and who can access it

We keep your account until you delete it. Only the studio operator and our technical administrator have access. We never sell your data to anyone.

### Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the studio’s contact e-mail.
